Description Of Sessions:
FIGHT CLUB BOXING/KICK BOXING 101. Learn the fundamentals of boxing and Kick Boxing. In this Session you will refine and perfect your combinations, offense and defense, Slips – Ducks -Weaves etc… Learn and master Round end bag, work the focus mitts and Kick Bags with your trainers and learn proper training techniques. Lots of Interval Training, Push Ups, squats, lateral movement work and a grueling ab work out. It’s a Full-Body Work Out That Delivers!

MUSCLE DEFINITION X TRAINING: Its Mantra is Functional Fitness Training That is Useful in Everyday life, Sport and Possible in Work. The Principle Strength Core and Conditioning program is based on Metabolic Training. What is Metabolic Training? The short definition of metabolic training is completing structural and compound exercises with little rest in between exercises in an effort to maximize calorie burn and increase metabolic rate during and after the workout. Metabolic resistance training is where you combine aerobic exercise with resistance (weight) training. Many believe this is probably the most effective form of exercise for fat loss. We use a variety of equipment, Medicine Balls, Dumbbells, Bands, Ropes and Combination of Indoor and Outdoors training to achieve this type of Training.

Note: Saturday Mornings 8am Sessions is a 50/50 session. 30 minutes of Fight Club and 30 minutes of Muscle Definition X training Combined in a One Hour Work Out Session. The Ultimate in Losing Those Extra Kilo’s Fast!!!
We use the hall in some sessions when it is Raining. We use the Outdoors on those Great Sunny days. We provide MOTIVATING MUSIC, LOTS OF FUN AND GREAT CALORIE BURNING WORKOUT. All Sports Equipment and Boxing bags, Kick pads, Boxing gloves and Focus Mitts are provided or you can bring your own. …, (SO NO EXCUSES!) Bathrooms are available, parking is plentiful, the area is very well lighted. Indoor and Outdoor Group Fitness without the DRILL SEARGENT!
